Mazda of Columbia

This review is specific to the Mazda service department. I am astounded by the top notch service I received! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Adam, at the front desk a year ago, when my engine was destroyed by another retailer; he offered impeccable service then! This year, I ran into another maintenance issue and he and the service team not only located the problem, but went the extra mile to save me some dollars on the service cost (looking for parts in alternative locations)! It doesn’t stop there! Initially, due to holiday backlog, Adam projected they would not be able to troubleshoot my car for the next 4 business days. I left with understanding. But he called me the next day, confirming they had time to “squeeze” me in! My car was ready to pick up way before he even said they’d have time to look into it. Furthermore, they came to pick me up from my residence so I could pick up my vehicle from them! Barely anyone offers this service anymore!! Mike picked me up and it was such a pleasure and honor to ride with him. He also was knowledgeable and so polite!! Top notch service!! And I LOVE the new building set up.

I went to Mazda because my cousin had such a great experience when he and his wife bought their car. At first we didn't think my son would get approved because of his credit, but upon meeting Dre at the door and explaining, he didn't waste our time with too much and got us linked up with Landon. Landon came in and we explained everything to him so we wouldn't waste alot of time only to not be approved. Landon spoke with his manager Gerry and was able to get us approved with Mazda financing and set everything in motion. The whole experience was above and beyond. They worked with us, got my son approved for financing, and got him the perfect car. It was a very low mileage, well up kept car that was just received on a trade so it hadn't even hit the lot yet. Gerry came right back out very excited and showed us the car. Landon took seth for a test drive and then after going in, Gerry was thrilled to let us know we got approved with a reasonable payment that worked for my son. Oscar took care of my son in financing and got everything done for us. Without the initial expertise of Landon and his ability to connect on a human level, none of this would have happened. Through the process I got to form alot of great relationships with everyone at the dealership and felt like family when I left. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and will go far with his personality and ability to get the customer, or person, what they need. Kudos Mazda of Columbia team!!!

My first visit to Mazda of Columbia was so-so and I left without purchasing. Dre was not my original salesperson but he contacted me to follow up. When he heard I wasn't thrilled with my initial experience he immediately referred me to Ro Gilmore to try and earn my business and they did! They made the purchase smooth and very quick.

After settling in America, I wanted to buy my first car, and I decided on a Mazda cx-5. It offers a comfortable and smooth driving experience. I want to express my gratitude, especially to Teondre, for their exceptional service. As newcomers, they went above and beyond to assist us with all the necessary paperwork. Their dedication and support were remarkable. Knowing that they will continue to take care of any future needs makes me feel secure. If you ever visit there, be sure to find Teondre :)

The Service Advisor Jess is awesome! I had just come up on my first major service on my 2019 Mazda6 which seemingly was a huge bill. She talked me through the entire process and explained what all needed to be done on my car and give me the most savings. My car is now driving like new! Jess is very professional, prompt, and genuinely cares about people. She does not see us as $$ because she recommended what services I should do both now and later to increase savings. Jess made sure I was well informed throughout the entire service process and applied coupons without letting me know until it was time to "pony-up". She even coordinated to have the shuttle to drop me off at my desired location, to continue with my daily busy schedule, prior to my visit. She consistently checked on me during my wait for the shuttle and kept me informed with the entire process. My shuttle driver deserves a mention also as he was very polite and accommodating. He even opened the door for me upon arrival to my destination. Mazda of Columbia takes customer service to the next level, and I will always recommend them to everyone I know! 5 stars!
